9:00am - 10:00am departure.
We will collect you and your guests from a central pick up location weather it be a train station or your private address. Generally we allow 1 hrs from the city and 1.25hrs from bayside private address's. We do offer multiple pick up's however it will add to the duration of your day.
10:30am - Arrive at your first stop.
On your designed Yarra Valley winery tour we often like to include the Yarra Valley Dairy as your first stop on wine tour itineraries. They are one of our partners and will offer you an exclusive tasting of their award winning cheeses.
You may wish to visit the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie as your first stop or depart a little later? Most cellar doors open at 11am.
11:30am - Arrive at your second stop.
Your host will guide your guests into the cellar door you pre-booked and introduce you to the winery representative. You will be taken through a structured tasting showcasing their range of wines. Wine tastings usually take 30 - 40 mins to conduct.
12:30pm - Arrive to your Yarra Valley lunch venue.
Your host will guide your group to your pre-reserved table at your restaurant of choice.
We typically allow 1.5hrs at the venue to dine on this itinerary.
2:30pm Arrive at your fourth stop.
Your host will guide your guests into the cellar door you pre-booked and introduce you to the winery representative. You will be taken through a structured tasting showcasing their range of wines. You may like to mix things up by instead choosing one of the following:

3:30pm Arrive at your fifth and final stop.
Your host will guide your guests into the cellar door you pre-booked and introduce you to the winery representative. You will be taken through a structured tasting showcasing their range of wines. Or you may wish to instead purchase a glass of wine, relax, reflect and enjoy the views of the Yarra Valley winery region.
4:30pm Depart for home.
